How to Apply a Health Score to a Particular Set of Accounts

First, open a Health Score record and navigate to the Included Accounts tab.

Here you can select a filter or filters to Apply this Health Scoring model to a particular Account/Contact Segment or Segments AND/OR Account/Contacts that meet certain criteria. 

Below are a couple of examples:

1. Apply the Health Score to an already created Segment.

2. Apply the Health Score to customers who have purchased a particular Plan.
